About Us
The Pregnancy Care Centre was established in 1984. We are a non-profit, non-political, charitable organization, funded solely by donations from individuals, businesses and churches. This support enables us to offer valuable services at no cost to our clients.
Twenty-five years ago the Pregnancy Care Centre started as a grassroots organization of Christians in North York concerned about the lack of support for those facing unplanned pregnancies. Several years later more committed people enabled us to open a second office in Scarborough.
We offer information and material items, as well as emotional and spiritual support. We can provide the support link to many helpful services in the community offered through social service agencies and churches that embrace the sanctity of human life.
